Domaine de Montcy, founded in the 1990s, covers some thirty hectares spread over four main plots. Part of the Cheverny and Cour-Cheverny AOCs, it features a variety of well-balanced red and white grape varieties, including a vineyard of old Sauvignon vines on the famous “Clos des Cendres”. Certified organic since 2012 and biodynamic since 2015, our aim is to produce healthy, authentic wines that respect nature. Our new winery, inaugurated in June 2022 in Cormeray, now welcomes our visitors in an eco-built setting, equipped with a photovoltaic power plant producing enough renewable electricity for 32 families.
